What do you do when things really go wrong? When every second counts, good coordination makes all the difference. During this masterclass, you’ll learn how to manage the CHV organization as a coordinator, make the right decisions, and keep risks under control, both for the collection and for your team.
Why this course?
A rescue operation requires leadership at the highest level. As a coordinator, you face complex decisions, are under pressure, and collaborate with both internal and external parties. In this course, you’ll learn how to prepare for this role, what to expect, and how to maintain order amidst the chaos. Theory, leadership skills, and a realistic exercise are combined.
For whom?
This masterclass is intended for anyone ultimately responsible for organising collection assistance (CHV). This includes collection management coordinators, depot heads, facility managers, or heritage professionals with a leading role in disaster planning. Dutch proficiency is needed.
